Rhythmz Lounge delivers a premier Omaha nightlife and entertainment experience, combining the atmosphere of an upscale lounge with the energy of a high-capacity nightclub.
Featuring 15,000 square feet of striking architectural design, lavish décor, professional production capabilities, and unobstructed views throughout the venue, Rhythmz provides an exceptional setting for concerts, private celebrations, corporate functions, and special events.
With a legal capacity of up to 800 guests, 12 VIP sections, two full-service bars, and a fully equipped DJ booth, Rhythmz Lounge offers everything needed to produce a memorable event.
Venue rentals are available seven days a week, including regular business days, subject to date availability and event approval.
The standard full-service rental fee is $8,000. Qualified events may earn a Bar Performance Rental Credit, reducing the final rental fee to as low as $4,000.
Customized bar packages are available upon request.

Qualified events may earn a performance-based credit that reduces the standard $8,000 rental fee to as low as $4,000.
Rental Fee Benchmarks:
• Bar sales of $7,000 or less — $8,000 rental fee
• Bar sales of $8,000 — $7,000 rental fee
• Bar sales of $9,000 — $6,000 rental fee
• Bar sales of $10,000 — $5,000 rental fee
• Bar sales of $11,000 or more — $4,000 minimum rental fee
For verified gross bar sales between the listed benchmarks, the rental credit will be calculated proportionately.
Eligibility must be approved in advance and included in the signed venue rental agreement. Bar sales are determined exclusively by the official Rhythmz Lounge point-of-sale report and exclude sales tax, gratuities, refunds, chargebacks, complimentary beverages, and unauthorized sales.
The standard rental fee must be paid according to the rental agreement. Any earned performance credit will be applied during the final event settlement.
Venue rentals and special events are available seven days a week, including regular Rhythmz Lounge business days, subject to availability and approval.
Event hours, setup, soundcheck, doors, closing time, and breakdown schedule will be established in the venue rental agreement.
